HUCKLEBERRY FINN TOMORROW INTRODUCES
INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS BOUTIQUE,
AND MENTORING SERVICE FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS.
TALLAHASSEE, FL - - Huckleberry
Finn Tomorrow announced it has relocated from Los Angeles, and has
reopened its branding freelance boutique that incorporates Integrated
Marketing Communications (IMC) or the seamless blending of public
relations, advertising, the Internet and direct marketing for medium
size businesses in Tallahassee metro, according to William J. P.
Smith, Jr., partner. At the same time, Smith announced the opening
of a One-on-One Boot Camp for graduating students designed to jump
start careers in a competitive marketplace.
“Our biggest challenge in
Tallahassee for IMC will be to gain the confidence of our prospects,
who may have the perception that we are too expensive or the concept
is ahead of its time,” said Smith. “We’ve studied
the market carefully, and feel confident we are competitive in all
areas.”
According to Smith, many perspective
clients are use to the traditional agency organization, because
they don’t feel comfortable talking to an advertising person
about public relations or vice versa, as most professionals don’t
have the experience in both disciplines. “There are too few
of us who have cross over experience, as well as the background
to pull it off in the branding process.”
The One-on-One Mentoring Boot Camp
for graduating students in the mass communications and entertainment
categories is from Smith listening to students who are academically
prepared, but clueless on how to jump start their careers.
“In the world of marketing
a product, you create a strategic branding plan that includes a
situation analysis, who the target audiences are, measurable objectives
and strategies, tactics that will get you from A to Z and timelines,”
said Smith. “We do the same thing for a student, mentoring
the individual throughout the process.” The cost for the Huckleberry
Finn Tomorrow One-on-One Boot Camp is $250.
